  Never had a bad experience until now. Damn near $20 for a container of burnt nasty curly fries and a support steak and cheese that barely fills the bun and has nothing on it. Absolute garbage and over charging!

  When I pulled up and the employee working the drive-thru told me they were tired and didn't want to be here, I knew this wasn't going to be a great experience. Handed them my coupon and credit card. When I was handed the receipt and saw that they didn't apply the coupon, I said is there a reason you didn't apply the coupon? They said, we didn't know you had a coupon when you ordered. Hands me back the coupon, closes the window and walks away.

  Every single time I go to the Arby’s at 310 E Lincoln Way in Cheyenne, Wyoming and the manager that has a bunch of kids is managing. her multiple children are ransacking the restaurant and she is forcing the cashier to watch her children for her while she and the cashier are working

  I purchased a 7.99 box with chicken sandwich, fries, a peach cobbler thing and mozzarella sticks. Everything in the was cold and stale. I am disappointed and disgusted by how poor quality the food was. Bare minimum food quality was not even achieved.
