  Waited for about 10 minutes to get my drink that tasted like burnt water down coffee. Remind you, the drink had more than two flavors in it and I literally couldn't taste anything over the overwhelming burnt coffee taste. The girl was very sweet though

  First time trying 7 brew we even told the gal that took our order. She wasn't too helpful or even tried to upsell anything. The drinks we got were ok... not what we hoped they would taste like at all. And the gal asked if we wanted to sign up for rewards... I said no not yet. I asked if there was a app she said yes... yeah no app. She also told us that for every 100 points we get a free drink. Nope every 1000 points you get a free drink. Then once we passed on the app she went from happy to grumpy. And her very small bright pink shorts showing off both of her cracks was gross not acceptable work wear at all especially working in a food based establishment. Also halfway home there was a slime like gloop at the bottom of his drink. Didn't know what it was but after reading reviews I could only guess. Probably not returning. I think that management needs to do retraining.

  My daughter's and I stop in at least twice a week for drinks and today was no different beside the rudeness we got! We order 3 large drinks get to pickup and they go to hand me 2 large and a med. I nicely said they should all be larges the lady said well it was rang up as a med so ill have to charge you again. I said ok and it seemed to upset her. I didnt care about paying for the large its what we asked for to start with. Due to her rudeness we said we would just take it. To top it off we make sure we always stop by when they do giveaways. Love it. So I asked her for our 2 cups for the buy 2 large special thing going on, again she was rude and threw 1 at us not 2. Not really sure what happened today or this lady but I pray this isn't the start to this place going into the hole like the others. We live out of town and most the time dont have to go to that side of town however we make a point to just for drinks here. There are also times we stop again before we head back home. Drinks were always like always but service needs fixed fast.

  Took drink home to my husband and it was made totally wrong. No coconut flavor at all in the pina colada smoothie. At least if they had support, like starbucks, you could get a refund or something credited.

  The manager with the cool glasses is an AMAZING lady!! She’s always so friendly and talkative and I always look forward to her being in the drive through! -FROM SAM, TOM AND CAT GIRL!!!
