If I’m given the choice between fast or right, I’ll take right every single time.
Getting my food in under three minutes means absolutely nothing if it’s thrown together with zero attention to quality. Cold tortillas, no cheese on my Gordita Crunch, and barely enough lettuce or beef to justify calling it complete.
Speed is not a substitute for doing the job correctly. I would rather wait a few extra minutes and receive the food I actually paid for than be handed a rushed, half assembled meal.
I'd imagine turnover is an issue here because every time the window opened, there was some lady yelling at employees like they were recruits at boot camp. If that management style was producing results, the food quality would reflect it. Based on what I received, it clearly isn't.
We have two locations in town, and this one consistently delivers the worse experience. At some point, blaming staffing, being busy, or having a bad day stops being an excuse when the same problems happen over and over again.
The only bright spot was the employee who took my order. They were quick, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, good customer service at the speaker does not make up for consistently poor food quality once you get to the window.
So I’ve ordered several DoorDash orders from this location. They can’t seem to know how to do simple things as read an order screen. This time I decided to order the Lux box from their location and I didn’t want lettuce on my Doritos Loco taco and paid extra to get black beans replaceable for it so when I got my order, it only had black beans. Next thing wrong with my order is I ordered double shredded beef on my shredded beef dip taco and they only gave me a single order of it which I also Paid more for. Then last time prior to this, I ordered another order where they Messed up my Chalupa. I tried to call the store and the manager and the reps were rude. I know it was done on DoorDash. I was trying to find a way to get my order fixed. I requested help from DoorDash and got no results and I also requested help from the store and was completely Railroaded and treated like crap. The stores reps and the manager are very rude and I think they should learn better customer service. I don’t think I’m gonna order Taco Bell ever again if the store can’t figure out how to do simple Stuff. I have worked at Taco Bell before it may have been a little bit ago, but it’s not really that hard. Especially for the wage that they pay them. Hope you guys can figure out how to first figure out your customer service and your ability to do your job, which isn’t that hard.
Has anybody heard of French food? Yeah my point exactly Mexican food sux!
We ordered 1 hard shelled taco, 1 soft shelled taco, along with a supreme crunch wrap. We also ordered 4 taco sauce packets. Here's what we received. Two soft shelled tacos, no hot sauce packets and no napkins. Our crunch wrap is supposed to have a crunchy middle which was soft. It had so much of the cheese sauce which tasted like the cheap nacho cheese. The establishment was freezing so bad that you couldn't sit down and enjoy your meal. I would suggest not wasting your time or money.
Shame on me for not checking my order before I left. Got home and found order to be incorrect with no hot sauce wven though I orded 4 or Hot and 4 of the Fire sause.
