  I got to McDonald’s on the west side and they never make my order wrong. But the one time I go to the north Casper one they don’t make my food right at all I asked for 2 plan cheese burgers and they gave them to me with ketchup and everything! Maybe Liston to your customers!!! Bc I can’t have ketchup so now I got to thro away a 10$ meal I just paid for and they won’t do nothing about it .

  So since today was Mother’s Day and I wanted an easy breakfast for me and the family and our kids we came over to the closest McDonald’s to our home. Well as my husband was ordering the lady continued to cut him off while slurring so I’m pretty sure she was either drunk or a little too high for her own good but he kept telling her no there’s more and she kept trying to repeat what he had already ordered so he kept saying no ma’am there’s more as respectful as possible and she kept saying no there isn’t and kept repeating our order back that we had already put in so far which wasn’t even the end of it so needless to say unfortunately I’ve never had a bad experience at that one before but now I will never go back and I know it isn’t gonna kill them or hurt them, but I really think if you’re gonna have someone working customer service they need to be respectful and sober. And what also blew my mind is the fact that there was nobody else in drive-through and no one inside so you can’t say that you were super busy or anything like that to the point that you could not be respectful to us and listen or do your job correctly, especially as someone in the service industry

  I could've eaten McDonald's,everyday till now. The bread was stale and cold but I special ordered to add mustard. The DIDN'T. Not worth the money anymore

  GREAT JOB!!! I ordered curbside pickup when I was about 3 minutes away from the store at 600 W 'F' Street. I managed to hit all of the lights 'green', so it was more like 2 minutes when I arrived. My order was ready and it was perfect! The folks who had been ordering at the drive-thru were just pulling up to the window as I was leaving! That being said... McD's should go back to using Beef Tallow in their deep fryers. Them French Fries are just NOT what they used to be in the 1970's and 1980's. Health freaks don't get McDonald's cravings anyway!

  If I could give less than 1 star on the service I would I was in the drive-through and another car pulled up on the other side after I did and proceeded to get help so I said hello trying to see if anyone else was available and they told me that I was being rude when I asked if I could get service, they told me at this point they were gonna refuse to serve me because I was being rude Which I don’t understand because I have been waiting for like five minutes at this point before the other car pulled up. We’ll definitely not be back and I recommend if you’re going to McDonald’s in Casper Wyoming you pick a different location. I also tried calling the restaurant, but it doesn’t seem that their phone’s in service
