  If you are in the Casper area, I highly suggest this McDonald's compared to the one close to the freeway. The staff at this McDonald's are very professional, very polite and very customer service oriented. The drive -thru service was fast and efficient and all the food and beverages were fresh and there. Also, I highly recommend the pineapple and mango refresher. They made it aesthetically pleasing to the eye and it was indeed refreshing.

  If I could give it negative stars I would every time I have come I’m always waiting forever to get my food then when I get my food it’s always cold and everytime I get a burger THERES always A strand of hair in it SO discussing. Not only that I’ve been here so many times that I can’t even tell you the number of times I had to Take my food back inside because they messed up the order. There was a girl that was running window and was very disrespectful consistently every time I’ve gone I will never come back here again

  Missed a medium fry yesterday. All three Casper stores mess orders up a lot. Sad!
