- BCbrielle christiansen6 days ago5.0I would like to give the manger Ricky a HUGE shout out!! We were visiting Casper for a trip and stopped at five guys. The day had been a little rough, but as soon as we started talking with Ricky it felt like the day had washed away. He was so so kind making me and my husband laugh! He also recommended a shake that we should try and we ended up loving the double Oreo shake!! Truly Ricky thank you, I’m not that interaction was anything huge for you but for me it definitely kick started my day. Thank you so so much Ricky!!

- SSSheilaAug 11, 20262.0The staff were too busy chit chatting with one another, the guy making the fries was doing a lot of nothing, when our food came up we had to remind them we were waiting for our shakes, so he stays on them and stupid to talk to another employee, gets back to the shakes but realizes they have no lids, so he goes in the back to get them, comes back and starts again, then something else came up and he starts to go help with whatever and we finally told them no, get back here and finish our shakes before our food gets cold.
