  Had a great experience here! Staff were polite and helpful. Food was done as quickly as they could with the rush of orders in.

  Went in with one other person. It took quite a while for anyone to come to the register. We ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with mozzarella sticks and a drink, a roast beef sandwich with potato cakes and a drink. There were two other people inside who were already eating when we sat down. Two cars came through the drive thru (both had to wait several minutes to get their food brought out). Another person came in and ordered to go and got their food (had to come back in because their order was wrong). It took thirty minutes for us to get our food. The potato cakes were old. They offered a free turnover for the wait, which was old and cold. They forgot the dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Everyone was very nice, but the chat behind the counter was a tad unprofessional and they seemed extremely disorganized for how few customers they had.

  The front counter staff are very friendly, which makes the experience much better.
