    Ordered shakes didn't get shake machine down not refunded. Ordered curly fries the lady forgot to put them in the bag. Had to ask for sauces because it was a to go order. Curly fries cold . This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to and I have been to many.

    Staff there were really friendly and had fantastic attitudes! Food came out quick and tasted good. Great experience! The staff here made our day 💜
