  Terrible. Was berated and told by the manager to go to McDonald's because they didn't have either of the 2 sandwiches I ordered. No fryer- so no chicken sandwiches, and no bread for the Pecan Chicken Sandwhich. Then acted as though it was my fault for complaining. All lof this after I placed my order. Requested a refund and went on my was before your manager escalated things further.

  Leslie was the girl that served us and she was just a doll, she was so nice and got us our food fast! Give her a raise! She was so pretty and so caring.

  I don’t usually write reviews for fast food but the negative reviews almost stopped us from eating here. The cashier was very friendly, restaurant was clean, and the food was good. (My roast beef combo was very good. My husband’s gyro wasn’t as good as he has had in the past but all in all we were satisfied.) Don’t be scared by the negative comments.

  18 minutes to get food, simple order nothing advanced was only person for about 6 minutes before a rush of people came in “4 couples over 10 minute period” Manager called for back up from loves side there was already 6 people in the kitchen I don’t think it was necessary but use your resources I guess, didn’t help with getting orders out, Manager yelling at other employees that “there’s no more hours and she’s just going to hire more people” then it was break time for an employee and she was yelling “ I don’t know what you want me todo but nobody is showing up for there shifts “ and “ don’t take any more orders We’re backed up “ was quite the show for me and other guests in the restaurant. Food was cold like it had been sitting, fry’s cold , peach cobbler roll thing was barely room temp, and mozzarella sticks were cold and stuck together, chicken sandwich was just above room temperature. Got the meat 3 box. The lady taking the orders was nice and she was actually going around cleaning up the restaurant tidying things up. But with the attitude of the manager, I can understand why nobody wants to show up. She is a boss, not a leader. Huge difference. 0/10 wouldn’t want to work here until management gets a restructure and get somebody in there with respect and that could handle pressure and not treat the employees in that manner. But the restaurant was fairly clean. And was given my food in to go bag even though I was a dine in customer.
