Out the numerous Chipotle restaurants i have been to through-out the states, drive a good amount, this one has to be one of the worst.

- SMScott MartinMar 21, 20263.0Ordered in and an employee was putting food together to take home with them. After driving the 15+ minutes home, I realized our orders had gotten mixed up. I drove the 15+ minutes back to the restaurant to get my correct order as well as some compensation for having to drive an additional 30+ minutes to get my correct order. The man at the register, I believe his name was Jerry, was very helpful and apologetic. He checked with the manager on duty, I believe named Jenelle, who wouldn't even speak to me directly. Jerry was told they couldn't refund any portion of my payment because that was against store policy and that he could offer me a bag of chips or a drink. I ended up accepting chips and queso, but being told there was nothing they could do in regards to a refund of sorts is laughable. Couldn't, or wouldn't, even offer me store credit because I paid in cash. Handled poorly on the store's side. But I definitely appreciated Jerry's apologetic attitude. I want to be very clear that he was in no way the problem. In fact, he probably calmed me down a bit if anything with his demeanor. Management needs to do better.
