  Went to grab a shake. The 2 young men at the drive-thru- took the money. We waited 15 minutes, while they vaped & joked around at the window. Finally gave us the wrong order, after explaining it was wrong- they stood around till the manager came & fixed the problem. I think that Arby's needs to have some additional training for their employees!

  Waited 31 minutes for food went inside to do to go order everyone that ordered after us got there food, finally got food but it was the wrong order, they said they gave the food to someone in the drive thru lane, so got a refund and I will never return to this nor any other location again

  I have never had a bad visit to this location. The staff is very attentive to your needs from the time you walk through the door even when they're busy. The food is fresh and the store is clean Your order is made accurately and fresh for you always.

  Online order paid, waiting 10 minutes while drive through to care of the 5 in front of me. Got to window... No order! Pulled forward for another 5 min to get food
