  We got a large pizza for dine in plus salads. The food was great and they made us feel welcome. Overall, a good experience.

  Pizza bar wasn't restocked the whole half hour we were here, there was no plates, and no silverware. Got sweet tea to drink and the cup was filled to the top with ice and the server never returned to refill our drinks. The atmosphere here is just depressing. All the TVs where off and they didn't have music playing.

  The veggies on the salad bar were frozen the lettuce was brown the service sucked they never even checked on the customer pizza was cold and hardly anything on it food over all was not good nor worth the money that we had to pay for it won't be back

  I placed an order, drove 30 minutes to pick it up. No one was there, they closed for a water issue and didn’t bother to put a hold on online orders or call anyone that made an order. Massive inconvenience. I should have ordered through a different pizza joint.

  No pizza, terrible service - won't be dining here again. We stopped in for the lunch buffet around 12:15 on a weekday. After giving drink orders, we went to the buffet and noticed there was no pizza on it. We sat down and waited 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive, at which point the server told us that they were understaffed, hence the delay on the pizza. We had the dredges of some salad and a single bread stick under the assumption pizza would be out soon. We were wrong. We waited another 15 minutes and still no pizza came out. At this point, we decided to leave. We went up to pay for our drinks, and the server tried to charge us full price for the buffet. We explained how we hadn't gotten any pizza and the staff proceeded to argue that we still had to pay full price. We went back and forth for a while, with the staff getting progressively ruder, before ultimately we refused to pay full price, put $10 on the counter for the drinks, and left. We've been to this restaurant numerous times before for the buffet and always had a good experience. I don't know what changed so drastically for the worse over the last year, but I won't be returning.
