- CCcindyJul 13, 20264.0Walk with a cane or rollator. Navigating the front door is difficult without assistance. The manager walked by twice when I was trying to navigate with a tray. She walked by my without offering to help. Other customers helped me get to my table and empty my tray. Wall system of letting people know their order status is hard to see from the dining room. You have to stand there to keep track of your order. Using this system at 2 different Panera's has only seemed to make the wait longer.

However, frequently visiting I have actually experienced them forgetting the croutons for the soup or giving stale croutons. Forgetting the tortilla strips for the chowder, forgetting the, stale. Chocolate croissant and an apple with a large brown slice in it. I cannot forget paying for a toasted cinnamon. Crunch bagel with cream cheese, it not being toasted, there not being cream cheese and napkins stick to the top of the sticky side of the bagel. Once getting my sandwich h with both pieces of bread together and the meat n fixins' on the outside. Pff....I keep giving chances but I am frustrated. Do better!!

Both times on my lunch break, both times had to wait an extremely long time(well over 30 minutes for a sandwich) when there was no one in line and only 1-2 people in the dining room and only 1 person working, while everyone else was standing around.
