I hate leaving bad reviews, and normally I just let stuff go but, I've visited this dunkin 3 times and all 3 times they've all been extremely confused of how things work. #1. Regardless of if you pay with cash or card you still scan the app so the person gets their points. They literally told me they couldnt scan my app because I paid with cash ... like what ? So I didnt get my points which is bs. Then I went to get my reward off my app and that was apparently confusing for them as well. Afterwards they had to keep asking what my order was cause they didnt give me everything I ordered.... I feel like they may need a better team that works together better and they all need retraining.

If the store is out of certain donuts, it shouldn’t allow you to order them online. Total disappointment when you get there to do a quick pick-up and they have 3 of the dozen you ordered.

On 4/12 at 5:30 pm was ordering 4 drinks and the new employee being trained was abrupt and rude so another girl came on to assist asking me for the 3rd order gave that to her but it was not the one that was missed - the screen was incorrect. I asked to see the screen she said no it’s too late. The order was incorrect they charged me for an extra drink and then another girl came to the window said she could fix it again I asked for the mgr - then a girl named Ray came to the window I explained I just wanted refunded for the incorrect drink but Ray was being abrasive and rude as well and yelled at me stating she was the only one there training 3 people and she would not be able to give me a refund. After explaining she was going to give me a refund for everything and i could just leave I said no I’m only asking for the refund for the o e drink. She took my card and said ok. Another employee then came to the window a guy he asked the issue I told him now for the 3rd time while Ray was screaming white privileged racist at me in front of other patrons. The girl handed me 2 drinks and my card and I asked where the other two drinks are Ray then returned to the window being confrontational and said you aren’t getting the drinks this is my store you leave and that I was being rude because I sat in line .. I explained I’m a customer I ordered drinks you and your staff was rude she had no right to act the way she was erratic and I said this is your store? So you are the owner she slammed the drive through window shut and said to call the cops so that is exactly what I did. The behaviors of the staff need addressed and Ray should be removed as she has anger management issues and I will be requesting additional video footage from within the store and addressing this further in a legal format!
