Apparently this store has gone to using an outside delivery company for delivery. So when you get your food you're lucky. If it is lukewarm my nugget chicken nuggets were cold and they were nuggets not chicken wings which I ordered chicken wings. They sent me nuggets. They call them boneless wings but they're nuggets. There's no such thing as boneless wings. All my food was cold. All of it. The driver was not helpful at all. He said. Are you going to go again? I can't help you. He was not helpful at all in any way shape or form. That's why I don't like doordash. I never would have used them if I knew doordash was the delivery company I never would have ordered from Papa John's. I don't use doordash. I don't like them. They should have been up front with me and told me that from the beginning they don't tell you that on their website from the beginning from the get-go. The other thing is is you cannot avoid pork very well at Papa John's. I ordered ground beef on my pizza and got pork because well to the people making the pizza. What's the difference right? Who cares? Everybody eats pork right? Who cares about your religious beliefs? Who cares what the Bible says. Nobody cares what God says anymore about eating pork. They only care that bacon smells good and taste good. Nobody cares about the health about all the nitrates they throw in pork so let's put it on everything there's a reason I stopped eating pork and I didn't want sausage on my pizza. I wanted beef and the manager was rude. She was rude just flat out rude. I won't be ordering from Papa John's ever again ever that was 50 bucks wasted.

Every time I come here the workers are always staning around out side talking to other people there is always a long wait because people can or wont do the job that they are assigned. This place needs to get better workers who actually want to do their jobs and satisfy their customers. It looks bad on the owners. Please bring better people in that want to work.

Nothing against the people who work there but this place needs an overhaul. There's only like 2 people working at a time and the place looks like The Backrooms. Also when my order got messed up customer service never did anything about it.
