  Very nice, they did screw up my order but it was handled professionally when brought up to the workers. They're very respectful, some of the very best workers I've seen in any McDonald's lately.

  I can’t remember the last time my order was correct at this location. Drive the extra miles to Follansbee or Steubenville.

  Very slow service and still got luke warm food and unsalted fries. Waiting 30 min fir this food is ridiculous.

  today im order 2 double cheeseburger & basket of fries, im come to the drive thur the lady ask me a code, i tell her EX14 she tell me come to the crus 1, im waiting about 10-15min is to long then im coming to the shop asking. i saw a guy im tell him when i get my order im wait to long, but he not say anything. he leave me, he do another order😡😡😡😡then im waiting agian 10 more min total im waiting about 30min. im so angry because no one talk to me, they not answer me. im asking one more time about my order he call lady come to talk to me 😡😡😡😡😡

  In my opinion, this is the best McDonald’s in the tri-state area. I’ve been to most of them. This one is usually always on par. Drive-thru is quick. I rarely get told to move up to whatever lane and we will bring your food out when it’s ready. Thank you! I know most of the stores in my area are owned by the same company, but each one is different. I know which one to go to at specific times of the day. For example, i try not to go to the one in Toronto in the late evening hours because i will sit in the drive thru for 15 mins, however in the morning their crew are fast and eager to please. Big difference . This one here in Weirton is spot on any time of the day or night!
