We have been to this Dunkin three times in the last few days, and they have been closed all three times despite their posted hours showing they are open until 9:00 PM. Last night, we placed a mobile order through the Dunkin app at approximately 7:00 PM. The app accepted the order and payment with absolutely no indication that the store was closed. We arrived at 7:15 PM—nearly two hours before the posted closing time—only to find the location closed yet again. Being unexpectedly closed once is understandable, but three times within just a few days is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that we were charged for an order we never received. We have now tried contacting the location to get our money refunded and cannot even get in touch with anyone. If this location cannot maintain its posted hours, those hours need to be updated. Mobile ordering also needs to be turned off when the store is closed. Customers should not be able to place and pay for an order, drive to the store, find it closed, and then be unable to reach anyone to get their money back. At this point, this is more than just an inconvenience. Management needs to address the repeated closures, inaccurate hours, mobile ordering system, and our outstanding refund.
