    Visited on April 17th at 4:32 p.m. and ordered via the mobile app for a Big Mac and a McChicken five-dollar meal deal for my daughter. the Big Mac had zero sauce on it, was made so sloppy that the ingredients were all over the box as opposed to being constructed together as a sandwich, and the bun was ridiculously hard so the entire thing went into the trash! The guy working first window was blasting rap music, didn't give me a receipt, and actually didn't acknowledge me at all. The guy at second window handed me my bag very rudely, didn't say thank you or anything else for that matter. When I said thank you and he didn't reply, I sarcastically said, "YOU'RE WELCOME!!" as I drove off. What is wrong with people today?! It cost nothing to be a decent person. Will not return of recommend.

    Takes the "Fast" out of "Fast food!" I think everyone forgot what their role is. I only got a coffee in the drive thru but it took 15 minutes. McDonald's sold garbage food at unbelievable prices. Now the think they are the upscale restaurant. BTW, I haven't had it for 20 years. I only got coffee for my fiance. $5

    They need help, they are trying,. Food wasn't the best, the kitchen is overwhelmed with drive through. No one ever came to the register. Watched 2 people walk out due to absolutely being ignored. I got a steak and cheese biscuit and a McMuffin combo, biscuit was overcooked and it didn't have any onions on it, meat was very dry. Sad part is the manager was working the orders and bagging stuff, he was apologetic, they just need more help

    I pulled up to the speaker on the right at 11:40pm there were 2 cars at the left speaker already. I didn’t hear anything so I said hello for about 5 minutes and decided to go to the first window because I had a mobile order and it was already paid for. There was a car at the second window and a car behind it so I was the third and waiting at the first window, nobody ever came it was then 12:00 and the second car got his food so I drove to the second window where you usually get food not pay. I wasn’t acknowledged until 12:20 and the guy try’s to hand me food so I say “I have a mobile order code but nobody responded to my hellos or came to the first window so here’s my code” it was 6 apple pies and he said “awww i have to make those it’ll be 10 minute wait” I said that’s fine I’ll wait here and he slammed the window and yelled at the other worker THROW SIX Apple pies in. It’s now 12:26 and he says pull forward I’ll bring it out in another 10 so I did but I ended up getting out of the car and walking inside at 12:50 and there were DoorDash drivers waiting all talking about how nobody talked to them yet and the guy don’t come up so I had to yell hey can I get my Apple pies please and he handed me the bag that was right on the back counter so it’s been done but he didn’t bring it out or couldn’t because the amount of people. I wouldn’t blame the guy because their manager can’t figure out simple scheduling and leaves 1 or 2 people after 10:00 but I blame them both because no matter what the situation is ignoring people at the speaker is horrible practice especially the amount of mobile orders already paid online so it’s not like you can just leave but I did see so many like a u believable amount of people just drive around the store and go to taco bell because they got tired of nobody talking to them at the speaker. He also turned the menus off at the drive thru to make it seem like they’re closed. The best nights at this McDonald’s is a 30 minute wait and it’s fine because we all expect it they make it to order basically because it’s late and short staffed but again the ignoring people to try and shorten the line or avoid making food turning it into a hour and a half almost wait is insane. I have not heard a single bad thing about any other McDonald’s in the Charleston area but this one is notorious. His dad does the same stuff at the subway next door he just doesn’t acknowledge you unless he has no mobile orders to do or acts like he’s cleaning under the counter lol, Apple not far from the tree. Again management created a situation everyday and it makes a long wait, but a bad worker somehow added to it. Never coming back I now have to drive into town or pick something next door.

    Made a Mobil order then waited at the ordering box for 20 minutes, then pulled around to the front window and waited some more because no one was there.. finally I pulled up at the second window, and after another 16 minutes the guy finally walked up to the window but was very short tempered with us and rude. We heard a lady inside yell “there’s people waiting for their orders to get taken, and the guy in this photo yelled “I don’t care”. Very odd behavior. (I told someone about the guy and they told me he’s known for this behavior by the locals and that his dad works at the subway next to the McDonald’s and also has an attitude problem.)anyways, He then told us to pull forward for 5 minutes so he could give the car behind us their food. Then we wait another 20 minutes because they forgot about us. I had to go in the store to remind the guy that our order exists. Then he had the nerve to tell me “it just got finished” but somehow the food was cold? If it just got done “cooking up” then how is it already cold? I miss the way this McDonald’s use to be ran. I don’t know if they got new managers or owners or why it’s the worse one in the charelston area now but it’s pathetic. Everyone we talk to agrees it’s worth the longer drive to go to another. We also heard on Facebook that one of the workers had hep c back in march and didn’t get fired. So that’s also disappointing. Do better.
