Not the usual experience that were used to. The chicken sandwich was rubbery and the waffle fries were not very warm. We had 4 meals and everyone said something negative about their food. We are huge fans of Chicfila but this time around it wasnt the best.

The customer service was shockingly lackluster from the moment I walked in. The cashiers didn’t greet anyone, didn’t say “hello,” “how are you,” nothing. Everyone behind the counter moved like there was zero sense of urgency, almost as if they couldn’t care less whether customers received their food or not. That’s the exact opposite of what people love about Chick-fil-A What really pushed this visit into unacceptable territory was what I witnessed behind the counter. A manager wearing a red and white striped shirt was eating over the food while preparing orders literally eating while fixing the food that was going into customers’ bags. That is not only unprofessional, it’s unsanitary and completely out of line with Chick-fil-A’s standards Overall, this visit was nowhere near the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for. I hope this location takes steps to improve, because right now, it’s not delivering the quality or care customers expect.
