  Every time ive come here something is messed up. Im stuck sitting in reserve parking for 10 to 15 minutes. My foods either warm, or cold. Never Hot, if I get food its typically between 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. its not worth it go somewhere else your money would be better spent.

  Way too long to get through the drive thru and ice cold burgers and fries for $11. At this moment we are calling to complain and they won't answer the phone. Avoid this McDonald's. Actually avoid all McDonald's!

  They should call their drive thru service, Drive-Park. For the past several weeks I’ve gotten parked, even if I was the first customer. I’d observe them park every single car after. It’s no longer a drive thru.

  This McDonald’s is alright. The food is always hot, but more than a few times they got the order wrong. It’s frustrating because when you’re in a rush, you expect things to be accurate, especially for a place that’s supposed to be quick and consistent. One time the lady handed my order to another car, let them sift through it multiple times, before handing it to me. I told her that I didn’t want the order and she told me that she would get me a new one. She walked in the door and came back about 1 minute later and swore that she was handing me new food. I told her, it’s impossible that you all made me new food in less than 1 minute considering the order was large. I then asked for a refund and left. Situations like that make it hard to trust the service. I understand mistakes happen, but there should be better attention to detail and food safety. Overall, it’s decent if you just need something quick, but I’d double-check your order before leaving. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the experience can be inconsistent depending on the time of day. Sometimes the staff seems organized and everything runs smoothly, while other times it feels rushed and uncoordinated. The line can also get pretty long during peak hours, which just adds to the frustration if your order ends up wrong. I think with better communication and a bit more care, this location could be much more reliable.
