- PMPaul Morgan1 day ago1.0I don't know what's happening the last few weeks, but I have had three issues recently after several years of flawless service. The most recent today I'm actually pretty mad about. I placed a curbside order. The app pings after about 5 minutes, saying, we're bringing out your order. Okay great. Right after this ping, a car that pulled up after me two stalls to the left, seemed to get three bags of food very, very quickly. Then, after waiting about 10 minutes to make sure I'm not mistaken, I go inside to let them know they seem to have forgotten my order. This triggered a multiple minute team meeting, where apparently the obvious answer of, the runner screwed it up and handed two orders to a car, wasn't obvious. They then re-rang my order, made me wait in line again (it took another 8 minutes), and finally, came out with my order. Now here's why I'm mad: the lady that handed it to me asked me to check it. I said, I can't see the sauce are you sure it's in there on the bottom? To which she replied, yes. Guess what's not in the bag when I got home? The sauce. I avoid putting people on blast, but like I said, this is the third time things have been missing that I've let slide. Get your house in order, please.
