  Staff were friendly and service was fast. The drive thru speaker didn't work properly so I had to yell my order for the guy working the window to hear me, which I didn't like doing (but I'm generally not a very loud person). We only ordered two cherry limeades. We did get our drinks quickly, but the mixture was off so it tasted way more like limeade. Not what we were expecting, but it still wasn't bad. We didn't order any food so I can't speak to the quality there.

  I ordered 3 drinks. I ask for limeade to be "dirty" and there isn't a drop of coconut or cream in it. I ordered 1 large slush and 1 medium and got 2 mediums. We asked for a drink carrier and that seemed to be a huge inconvenience. I understand that food service can be hectic but we were the only car there. I usually stop here on my way out of town and its very frustrating to not have the correct order. I would have drove back around to the drive thru to have the drinks corrected but felt like it would be a greater annoyance to have to deal with the rude service AGAIN! I love these drinks and wish the quality and service were better.

  Ordered delivery for five kids for $60. Only received half the drinks. Cannot get through to the store the phone just rings and rings and rings. No way to even contact to get a refund for the ones that I didn't get.
