Originally I wasn't going to leave a review, but after the benefit of hindsight, I realized that our waitress just straight up lied to us. We had sat around for about 30-45 minutes waiting for our food, we had gotten a salad, which was fine, but we were waiting on our steak, and this just never came out. Eventually we were just kind of ready to leave, and our food still hadn't come out. So after this 30-45 minute wait (after having received our salad), our waitress tells us that our food was actually up and she would check on it, unclear what happened. She brings it out, apologized profusely, with some ambiguous explanation and not really a good understanding of what went wrong and why it was so late. Well, it wasn't that it was late. She just straight up forgot about us, forgot about our food. This was very evident from the fact that the steak looked like jerky, as if it had sat under the warming lamp for about 20 minutes. The juices from the steak were completely dried on the plate, and nothing about it was appetizing. All that being said - we ended up not even taking the plate with us, paying for the full meal of everything we ordered (including the food we didn't eat or take with us) and left a tip because we're reasonable people. But this kind of weird saving-face lying about what happened to our food is unacceptable. Accountability isn't some lost art that we've long forgotten millennia ago.

Great food and service. We was not rushed to leave after finishing our meal. Was able to set and visit with family.

Place was dirty. Steaks over salted . I was supposed to have 6oz filet looked like I had gotten an end someone had left. Half the size of what it should have been. Ordered my grandson some ice cream. Brought him a tiny bowl with not even full scoop of ice cream. He actually only had three bites and it was gone. Steaks were over cooked . It was just a bad experience for such an expensive meal

We haven't been to Outback in awhile but thought since it was our daughter's birthday we would give it another try. Our first encounter was with the bartender, Kenzie, who was incredibly rude. Not only was her attitude poor but she also failed to make a basic drink properly. I ordered prime rib which they were out of at 6pm on a Saturday night. However, our server Kim was fantastic!!!! She made up for the bad experience at the bar. I ended up with pasta and had to ask for more Alfredo sauce because it was dry. It certainly wasn't worth $23. The ahi tuna was good and so was the bread. Overall, I wouldn't suggest anyone spending money here. Campestre is right next door and is a far better restaurant.
