They then proceed to all joke around and start signing out loud and being on the phones. When she comes to shut the drive thru window because I’m sure her manager didn’t want the customers hearing them inside, I asked for a receipt and she shuts the drive thru widow and ignores me. Never mentions how long it’ll be or even gives me my drink while waiting. Usually payment, drink handed out and then “give us just a couple moments.” Nothing, no personality, didn’t feel like they wanted to be bothered at 9:23pm. I believe manager came to bring my food and didn’t realize I didn’t have it yet so the sandwich falls out of the bag and the bo biscuits are now crushed and sandwich hits the pavement. No offer to remake it and then when i question the drinks, she goes oh I can give you that but by then I was like just never mind you don’t know what drink i had how the employee acted and then food bag dropped and yet im not gonna be able eat it because the biscuits are now crunched and the sandwich on the payment. Paid for something didn’t even get and the “I don’t care” it seems attitude. Would been nice to enjoy their sweet tea with the meal but I couldn’t eat either could only eat the macaroni and cheese side. Not happy with this store..

Now the problem, I have never been so offended while buying food from a restaurant. Everyone here was completely racist. When it was our turn to order my husband says "hi how you doing " to the clerk cause you know its proper manners. And all she says is can I take your order. Then after I and my kids order and its time for my husband to order she walks away and another racist comes to finish taking the order. First off he never once looked up at my husband and kept cutting him off as he was ask something or try to order. Everyone here was very rude and if I want bojangles again I'll stick to the ones in ohio. This one ain't it. Need to fix they're attitudes.
