The manager i spoke with was extremely negative and rude. I believe his name was mark and the entire time I was ordering his was staring at my friends chest. That is extremely inappropriate and when asked to stop he told her she should be thankful someone actually wants to look.

Arrived at the store and they said they never received an order, although I had clear confirmation with an email and order #. Had to give my order again, wait, and pay full price. Called the 1800 # and they clearly dont know anything either. The 1800# said the recieved it and it's how they are checking their system. Mark, the manager, said this happend all the time. Wouldn't you think you would correct this issue with head quarters, employees, computer technology instead of having this happen all the time?????? Ridiculous customer service....wont be back!!!!
