  Have been to the 7th st Arby's 2x and food has ALWAYS been COLD. The Peach thing was overcooked and so DRY, no peach flavor at all. Vienna is BETTER! Sometime it is worth the drive.

  Stopped at our brand new Arby’s location on 7th St in Parkersburg… unfortunately for them, they’ve lost another loyal customer simply over customer service :( waited in outer drive-thru lane.. waited and waited … they wouldn’t take my order just kept taking orders from cars pulling into the primary lane …afternoon staff today is way below average…. need training!!

  28 minutes for a “in-person, to-go order” is waaay too long. The cashier was polite, but dismissive when I politely registered my complaint. Got home and found that my order was wrong. Very disappointed and angry.

  The foods is always nice and warm Service great And nice quiet atmosphere great for the kids it's good to know that you get value from this Arby! "DONT FORGET TO RING THE BELL"
