- KFKamdin FoxMay 11, 20262.0I was shocked at some of the stuff that was seen and experienced here tonight. The one employee making our food greeted and was kind, however the quality of the food was lacking. The vegetables had frost on them and were practically frozen, making me not want to get any on my sandwich. My boyfriend got lettuce and spinach on his sub, only for it to be wilted and soggy, and had dark spots as if it had gone bad. The food standards are not held high enough here. As we were waiting for over 30 minutes, 1 employee was expected to take care of over 6 customers waiting in line whilst the other employee was mopping and/or in the back until finally the one making the food spoke up and asked for help. i will highly doubt if i will be returning.

My boyfriend left work, got to this subway to get the food at 5:25pm and when he said the name for the order, they told him they were just now starting it. He said there were no customers inside the restaurant and three workers behind the counter. He stood there for 14 minutes waiting for our food to get done. We always try to leave a tip when we dine out, but I wish I could remove the tip for this order. Seems unnecessary to even place an order for pickup, when three workers can't get one order with no other customers done on time.
