Got 2 sandwiches to go. They were fantastic. Beef on one, turkey the other. Great flavor, fresh and clean. No photos From out of town so I didn’t get any steaks but they did look good. Pepperoni rolls were excellent. Nice people. Sierra Nevada pilsner also nice

This was the most amazing company to work with! They handled our catering order with care and expertise! I have yet to work with another company that focused on details that mattered. Thank you from the Colorado Cudas!

Second time I have tried to stop in for the Monday burger and fries, and within 3 hours of opening, they are “sold out”, then tries to upsell you. No thanks, I’ll take my money elsewhere. Not sure how a meat shop sells out of burgers within 3 hours of opening, but do not waste your time or money stopping in here. No wonder this place has been consistently empty.

We ordered sandwiches online and they were ready when we arrived. Both sandwiches were delicious and large enough for two separate meals. The place is cute and has plenty of seating, and the staff was friendly. My only concern was the condition of the items in the butcher case. Almost without exception, the beef selections looked like they had begun to spoil. Nothing was a vibrant red color. Everything looked dull and either with a grey ring or entirely grey in color. I’m not sure if the coolers weren’t cold enough or the meat simply was not fresh. Either way I worried the restaurant might make people sick. We did not order from the butcher counter.
