  teach your night shift how to have proper customer service skills. the worker who i spoke to about a doordash was extremely rude and interrupted me while speaking multiple times.

  this is the 2nd time i’ve had issues with my order. i once asked for the cheesy bean burrito with ONLY the mean and cheese. i got back a wrap with straight nacho cheese in it, no meat whatsoever. today, i went back hoping for a better experience. asked once again for a cheesy bean burrito with only the meat and cheese. i got cheese and RICE. i didn’t know meat = rice now 🤦‍♀️ i crave taco bell all the time and its very disappointing to get home to find something like this. ruins my appetite and mood.

  Just came through the drive about 30 minutes after midnight and had to have an order remade because a fault of my own but the girl in the drive was super understanding and kind and had it remade for me! She deserves a raise on god.

  Lady working at Window at 1:20 am 4/4/26 was very rude, I asked for a dirty medium and large Baja blast and she gave me a large normal Baja and medium dirty, I politely say “hey I asked for a dirty large as well” she then says “no you didn’t, and then we change for that” in a condescending way, then I offered I could pay for another one, then she goes back slamming things around makes the drink knowing she was wrong. Then when done I offered again to pay for it and she shoves it towards me and my bag of food and grunts at me. Food was great but she is not, definitely not fit for customer service. Maybe make her the janitor, would suit her better getting out all that rage when the cleaning stained toilets and taking out the trash.
