  I never had a problem here until yesterday. I was eating my double cheeseburger and I felt something in my mouth and it was a piece of hair and it wasn’t even mine. I literally threw up and didn’t even eat the rest of them. How discussed made me so mad

  WASTE OF MONEY. Zero stars if i could. Today (April 18th 2026) after being in the hospital all day for one emergency and then another 6 hours at the animal hospital because my dog is dying, i stopped to get the ONLY food ive had since yesterday morning, a little after 10pm. Got a large meal, line went smooth, got my food pretty quick. The burger meat was old, cold and dry as dust, it absolutely sat around for way too long. Then fries were soggy, limp and cold. The saddest thing is, Ive worked fast food for many years in the past so i know for a fact this was old food that sat out for way too long. It was way past its use time and i couldnt even turn around to go get my money back because i have to work in 5 hours. Definitely didnt eat it bc of food safety so thanks for charging me $30 to not eat. Will definitely be following this up with corporate.
