  Came in last night around 8ish and an older lady with red hair had an extreme attitude. I’m not sure what customer service is being taught here but it was outrageous. Then to top it off she shorted me on my change by a good bit. I would’ve went back in but I had my child with me and her attitude was already unprofessional. She aggressively gave me the bag and when I asked for my receipt she said she couldn’t print receipts.

  Came back because they forgot sides of kickin ranch ($6 for two “large” sides but they only have one size in the store…) and after we get home we find out that one of our sandwiches isn’t even made all the way as requested…how are you guys gonna charge $40 and then perform like that? Maybe don’t be so freaky fast at making the subs and take the time to read everything that needs to go on the sandwich. Turkey Tom’s get lettuce and tomato too
