  I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through, and my coffee and food were very disappointing. The coffee is basically liquid sugar and did not come out as ordered. My sandwich was not warm and didn’t have much flavor, and my hash browns were soggy.

  Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes when you come here. Each time I’m here, the drive through is extremely slow and even if you go inside it’s the same as well. Coffee isn’t really the best in comparison to the other Dunkin Location and the service is kinda rude, you don’t really feel welcome anytime you engage with the employees.

  The group of “girls” that work in here most of them are EXTREMELY rude with nasty attitudes every day, it’s been over a month I’ve been comming here, I come in and they seem to have a very clear prejudice against certain types of people…. Very disappointing behavior for Dunkin.

  Absolute trash of a Dunkin. I was there with my mom and my two kids, and we waited over 10 minutes at the counter while one employee at the counter completely ignored us and didn’t acknowledge us at all and just made drive thru orders. It started out as just us for a while, but then the line extended to the door. When we eventually asked when we could order, the employee was extremely rude, stared at my mom (which was just weird), and ran to the back. She returned after a few with another employee and was loudly complaining about us, saying to her “I need you to make drinks because people are impatient” when all we wanted was to place an order for 2 donuts for the kids after waiting forever. The manager (I assume) came out but just said “drive-thru is priority” and let her employee be extremely rude and loud and argumentative with my mother. Manager sucks. All of the sudden about 4 employees were standing there to get in on the drama, if only they were available to take an order, we wouldn’t be writing this review huh? When we asked the employee what her name is she said “I don’t got time for all this” and never told us. All I know is that she had badly colored buns in her hair. Avoid her if you can, that’s if she doesn’t avoid you first. We left without ordering. I don’t understand why Dunkin hasn’t done something about this nasty, rude, unprofessional, absolutely 0 customer service skills employee, when she has MULTIPLE bad reviews on here. Seems to happen a lot. Don’t expect much from this place.

  The dunkin on earl core road is the only one me and my husband will go to. The service is great and we love the employees. Coffee is always on point and food is great. I want to say we appreciate the hard work you do and appreciate the manager and the hard work she does and all the bull she has to put up with. You guys do a great job and not let anyone else tell you different just remember we only come there to get our coffee. Jenna and jessee o.
