  i went into here expecting just a quick bowl to go to bed, i walk in and the music is so loud i couldn’t even hear the person asking what i would like on my bowl and that person also had both air pods in witch didn’t help at all . service was straight awful like no sugar coating it and the food portion that they tried to give me was so little i have never seen it at any other chipotle in my life and ive been to a bunch of them. just awful experience when i asked if that’s all the guacamole i get (was BARLEY a little spoon full) (again have never got gauc this little before ) i asked him if that’s really how much i get a very rude lady who also had BOTH airpods in came around the corner n said in a very rude manor “that’s the standard amount very rudely idk it was the worst experience i had in a chipotle and very disappointed.

  My last two delivery orders from here, I’ve been receiving brown guacamole. I ordered once for lunch and the next time several days later for dinner. I thought the first one was maybe a fluke, but it’s becoming constant. I literally had to scrape it off my food twice. Both times I’ve been so worried that if they’d serve rotting guacamole, theirs no guarantee how old the other toppings may be. I’ve thrown it out over concerns of getting sick. If people are paying extra for guacamole, you’d think they’d make more fresh batches once they see it changing colors.

  The worker put hardly anything in my bowl. I could literally see the bottom of it. He also never put the lid fully on, so there was sauce all in the bottom of the bag. The 2019 LA Rams put more effort into their bowl than this worker.

  I didn’t order double chicken, just thought they were blessing with portion size. I go to checkout and the employee working asks me if I got double chicken, I say no. Out of nowhere a manager who didn’t even serve me comes from the back and starts saying that I did in fact order double chicken. The person behind me in line even said something about how I didn’t get double chicken and the manager still wouldn’t let up. I was forced to pay for double chicken. Also they be undercooking the fajita vegetables. Also this location is the worst at providing a consistent portion size. I order pinto beans they give me a tiny lil scoop, I order sour cream and the employee puts a dump truck sized load of it.
