Friendly staff, efficient business model. Always busy but never a ridiculous wait time.

The staff is always so friendly! They truly go out of their way to ensure you leave happy and satisfied with your drink. Today for example, I asked to change the sweetness of my drink to 3/4 sweetness. The staff member who served me asked for me to taste test the drink to see if it was my preferred sweetness before driving away, and offered to remake it if it wasn’t!

Alayna was so friendly and super helpful with it being our first time at 7 brew. Answered any questions even with a line of people behind me. Loved the question of the day as well!

Loved the service! My iced Carmel macchiato, not so much. I really wanted to try 7 brew. I waited so it wouldn’t be so busy. It had a wood taste. Like I was chewing a stick I drank less than 1/4 of it and I couldn’t do it. I hate wasting anything but I couldn’t do it. Again great service and experience just not a great coffee. I most likely will be back to try something different 😊
