- KCkaren campbellAug 18, 20261.0Does anyone have pride in their work anymore. Obviously, in my opinion, Pizza Hut does not. I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. I got a dried out piece of dough with 3 toppings. The order took only a short time, which indicates to me that it was probably left over pizza from lunch that they put some toppings on, re-heated it, and sent it out. I also ordered breadsticks and got BrickSticks. Someone please tell me when work ethics and pride in one's work will return. The employees at that location should be ashamed of themselves. One of the questions on the survey asks which dish I would recommend. It does not have an option for none, which is my answer.

Upon arriving at 11:50, the woman behind the counter said to me " Next time, don't order right before we close". My friend and I stood there for a moment in shock thinking maybe it was a poor taste joke before she repeated it again. I told her that google said that they closed at 1am instead of 12am (not that it matters anyway), to which she responded "nope, don't order that late again." and handed us our food. Clearly this was quite unprofessional as well as unnecessary. The way she treated us threw my friend off so much he didn't even feel comfortable eating his food- I ate mine- worst pizza hut experience from both a food and service standpoint in my life. I am quite disappointed.

The Pizza Hut app says something completely different. Don’t appreciate being ignored then lied to. Worst customer service and experience I’ve had at Pizza Hut in awhile.
