  Workers are often distracted and not focused on the customer. or what they are doing, even when it isn't busy! I recommend opening the bag and every box and checking to make sure it all there before you leave with your takeout. Too many times now, things that are supposed to be there were missing. Last night, I had to call four times and get hung up on before I finally got through to someone...IN THE PHILIPPINES! Seriously, then have made their phone system AI based. It asks you the reason for your call. I told it there were items missing in my food, "We're sorry you didn't have a good experience. Our team members are busy working and cannot take calls. Thank you for calling...click." It was absolutely infuriating. I wanted to speak with someone, tell them what we were missing, and see if I could pick them up before they closed. When have items missing that ruin your experience and you call (after ignoring it and letting it go a bunch of times), and then get hung up on repeatedly and then finally passed to a non-US based Rep that cannot assure you the problem will be dealt with at the store, it does not make you want to return.

  Actually get good portions when you ask for extra. My favorite chipotle in the area and I’ll go out of my way to go to this one over some that are closer

  Got an order delivered and it had so much hair in it. It was disgusting. Also some weird black piece that looked like plastic. It looked like it had to be almost deliberately put in there. I have tried contacting customer service several times through the app for my money back because the food was inedible. I sent pictures etc. and the app said I would hear back from store management. Never have. And never received any compensation back or anything. Unfortunately will no longer be able to support this business if I can’t be sure my food will show up edible and when it doesn’t management doesn’t care.

  i got a bowl with barely any rice, way to much meat, and the guac tasted so weird. i have been to so many chipotles and this one is by far my least favorite. it seemed as if the worker was very uninterested in working that day and was zoning out. the guac was mostly pieces of avocado that were not messed up and it tasted very slimy and not up to par with the normal freshly made guac that chipotle advertises. when i asked for half carnitas and half beef barbacoa, they gave me half carnitas and practically double the beef barbacoa. chipotle can do so much better than this.
