  This is not a good location. I don’t even think the food is fresh. Ordered a to go order, not all the items were added. The guacamole was brown. The food tasted stale and old. Couldn’t finish my lunch because I didn’t want to get sick.

  The cheese police strike again! This Chipotle would get five stars if it had a different FOH manager. This Chipotle stands out from almost every other location. I say almost because the cheese cop appears at other locations sometimes too. Chipotle has the ability to charge you for extra cheese and will give you cups of cheese for a price however they won't put the cheese in the burrito when this particular manager is around. This does not make any sense. I know it seems petty complaining about cheese but let's be real a Chipotle burrito hits different with extra cheese. The guy's name is Joseff Garcia he is a "certified training manager". Which from what I understand basically translates to nobody in the building wants to work with him and they have a deep sigh of depression when they know he's coming or see him coming. He is doing Chipotle a disservice and his presence makes the entire staff uncomfortable.

  05/07/2026 I am absolutely appalled at the service at the chipotle on Foxcroft ave this afternoon I had went in and asked for extra rice and the employee that was working, gave me exactly what I had asked for, but then another employee named Marisol just started screaming and yelling at her in front of all of the customers without caring that there was a lobby full of people. The employee that was helping me seemed to be new and or still learning. Then the Marisol lady that was screaming then proceeded to physically bump the other employee out of the way. You all need to do better in how you treat your employees especially if they are new and still learning!

  My family ordered here yesterday, my mother’s tacos only had meat, my nephews’ burritos fell apart, and I think I got some form of food poisoning because I can still taste the onions at the back of my throat and I’ve had bubble guts for almost 24 hours now. Never ordering here again, should’ve gotten Taco Bell

  Worst location. Do yourself a favor and make the extra few minute drive to the Winchester North or Spring Mills location. This was an extremely frustrating experience. I was told I could only order one bowl at a time due to “corporate policy,” even though I had kids waiting ant a table and the store wasn’t busy. Portions were also very small rice didn’t even cover half the bowl, and toppings like corn were barely a spoonful (and I was told I’d have to pay extra for more when we only got one topping). I had to wait in line again just to order another bowl, only to be told I couldn’t additional orders would have to be done online. After a fuss I did order that additional order. On top of that, a small and large bag of chips had the same amount. After a long day, we just wanted a quick meal, but the service and portions were disappointing. This location really needs to improve customer service.
