  Ordered the extrem sampler bnls wings,pretzel,mozzarella stx, smash burgers every thing was hot except the bnls wing . I was shocked a wing place that served cold wings

  I think that this is a criminal location designed to steal from otherwise good people. I made good faith orders and in every order they left out the bottle of sauce that I paid extra for. It's about $7 so it's not nothing. This location hates you.

  We ordered to go. The food was very hot in temperature. And I didn't care for the regular wings they were dry.

  So first off, we got here and sat for 20 minutes. No server. They weren’t even busy. People came in after us and were being served. There was stuff on the floor, straws, paper trash. They put to much sauce on the wings. Other than that, it’s great.

  My family and I are frequent customers at this location, and we have never experienced anything like we did today. My grandmother and I were the only customers in the restaurant when we received our food, and everything was freezing cold except for the onion rings. When we brought it to our waiter’s attention, he was very kind and helpful and immediately took the food back. Unfortunately, when the replacement meals came out, the food was still cold and also overcooked. My french fries were so hard that they were completely inedible. I asked to speak with a manager, and the only resolution offered was taking half off the bill and offering to make fresh fries. By that point, we had already been sitting there for quite a while and no longer wanted to wait for another remake. We ended up leaving most of the food untouched because it was simply not edible. On top of the food issues, the floors were extremely sticky and the entire restaurant smelled like a dirty dishwasher. Considering the restaurant was not busy at all and employees were mostly sitting around, the overall experience was very disappointing. The waiter did his best and was polite throughout the situation, but management and food quality were extremely lacking today.
