The store itself was clean, but the service and product availability were very frustrating. They were out of chocolate ice cream and did not offer chocolate-dipped cones because they didn’t have them available. The staff also seemed unprepared and did not know how to make milkshakes. They waited until after all the ice cream cones were served before even starting the milkshakes, causing an unnecessary delay. On top of that, the ice cream portions were extremely small — the scoops didn’t even come up past the the cone. For the price you pay, I expected better service, larger portions, and a location that was prepared to serve the menu items advertised. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

Long period of silence "Anything else?" "No, that will be all." Long period of silence.... "That will be $5.07".....Silence I drive around to the window, and the young lady says "What did you have?" I repeated my order.. I hand her my card, she dashes away and comes back with this cone that I'm not sure what was on it (see pic). No effort put into making it look like any resemblance of an Ice cream cone. The top piece on the "scoop" was the top of the ice cream that had formed a film and tasted like the freezer. I don't even think there were two kids scoops on the cone... It was literally five bites and I was into the empty cone. This employee definitely needs training. No sure where the supervision was but it didn't seem there was any.

How is a Baskin-Robbins consistently out of ice cream, toppings and employees? That’s wild, but what really makes this place special is what they call customer service. They’ll gladly take your money, refuse refunds, ignore the phone when you call, and then give you attitude when they drop the ball and don’t have the items you want. At this point the freezer seems more decorative than functional, just like the manager. If the goal was to make customers regret stopping in, congratulations — flawless execution. 👏🏼👏🏼 Looking forward to the day this location finally closes so something that actually sells what it advertises can move in. P.S. Owner, word of advice-Do your job or quit.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
