  Worst service I have ever had. All the employees were in the back talking. We stood there for a while before my boyfriend asked if anyone was working. It was like they all thought that maybe we'd just go away if no one came up front. The girl who came up to take our order acted like walking up to the front to do her job was the most inconvenient thing that had happened to her all morning. Horrible attitude. I asked if there was a manager there and conveniently, the manager was not there. No wonder this Duncan only has 2.5 stars. The employees (at least the ones there today) are useless. We got half a dozen donuts and they hadnt put the cream in the vanilla cream donuts so they were just empty inside.

  One word…SLOW!! My daughter was in drive thru for 25 minutes for a coffee!!

  A truck friendly location along the corridor of I64. Thank you for the consideration of large vehicles that want your product but access isn't available.

  Worst doughnuts I’ve had from Dunkin' - can’t speak for the drinks though only got doughnuts

  They didn’t have eggs. It took 30 minutes to get 5 drinks and hash browns
