  Today we walked into this location around 11:50am to order some food after being on the road for 5+hrs (with 5 more hrs to drive so we were tired and hungry) only to be ignored by the cashier. She helped 2 older ladies with their order but then proceeded to bag Other orders and do everything she could to not acknowledge that we were waiting to place our order! I even stood right up to the counter in hopes that she’d come over and take our order…now my husband and I are an interracial couple who btw have been married for over 20yrs and we have NEVER had someone treat us like this at an establishment! We stood there for over 10mins before we turned and left to go to another restaurant and Get this, as we were heading out the door she then immediately proceeded to come back to her cash register and take the next person‘s order which btw it was a store full of white people not one black person in the store so I get it we stopped in West Virginia and we shouldn’t have! This is disgusting in this day and age but she was an older lady so I guess she’s still mentally stuck in the 50’s 🤮

  The food is fresh and good. The drive thru can be slow. Employees are nice. Prices are kind of high. Overall pretty good.

  In a rundown part of town, but the workers were very friendly and the food was consistent with other Arby’s.
