I received a call that the bread type for the sandwich was not available and then upon pick-up was told there were no meatballs for the hero. On a Friday of a holiday week-end. What the heck Management?? The bread incident was the second time and there will NOT be a third. I cancelled and went to the Blackburn Square location and received what we had wanted from the RG location. BLACKBURN SQUARW will get our business in the future.
