There can be a wait cause they don't always have a bunch pre-made, so its made to order. Yes this place actually exists, despite reviews stating otherwise. It is inside the Liberty gas station. Customer service isn't spectacular, but I wouldn't call it bad. They take your order and hand you your food. No fanfare.

I myself got a 4 piece dark meat while the wife got a 3 piece tender, and our sides were the red beans and rice and the jambalaya. The RBaR was very tasty, not too spicy, mixed well, and not too thick. The jambalaya was good, but I got zero pieces of sausage which kind of makes this really be jambalaya. We will be eating here again.
