  I got pan crust and both pizzas came like this not to mention the mushrooms and sausage were supposed to be on the same side idk how to make it right because the app just keeps taking me to the site

  There was a mistake made on my delivery order and I understand mistakes happen so I called into the store, the woman who answered the phone was so courteous and helpful and didnt make me feel like I was out of line for making a complaint. She fixed my pizza and sent a new one out with no trouble whatsoever and I couldnt be more pleased with her service. I do not like to complain because I deal in customer service as well but she made me feel at ease and fixed the issue. If I could give more stars I would.

  Literally everytime I order from here my order is wrong. Toppings are never right, pizza is never cut, and order is always late. The quality of the ingredients is also just off. Never a good experience. I'm done giving this spot a chance to get it right.

  Leaving one star because it's the only way to leave a comment. The driver in the SUV with long hair, short girl. Blades her music when pulling up, and after she's back in her car, just turns it louder. Extremely disrespectful. And calling the store does nothing because this is the 4th time in the past 2 months that she's come to my address and same issue. Probably out of spite at this point, but just RUDE. 2nd, my pizza is literally never right. And if the toppings ARE correct, it's never cut properly. I just don't understand. I repeat my business though hoping they'll get it right, but the same issues are never resolved. Idk who's running the store anymore, because each person says a different name so. 🤷🏼‍♀️
