Manager said not enough drivers so I wouldn't be getting the rest of the order lol. Like pulling teeth to get the manager to issue a refund/ credit to my card, which never ended up working. Never ordering or picking up from this place again.

The staff is typically nice, but the food-handling practices could really use some attention. Most of the employees seem pretty young, and gloves appear to be more of a suggestion than a standard. Add in lots of long hair or floppy hair (boys and girls) while food is being prepared, and I find myself watching the kitchen a more closely than I’d like while waiting for a pizza and then wishing I’d just give up on them. I’m not expecting a 5-star quality, its Papa John’s. But I would appreciate a few basic health and food-safety standards: hair restrained, proper handwashing/ glove practices when required, and a little more consistency in how the food is prepared. Nice kids, usually friendly service, occasionally very good pizza. I’d just prefer my order with fewer opportunities for someone’s hairstyle to become an unlisted topping.
