  I did a mobile order and didnt get any of the order correct besides the coffee. It was supposed to be a bacon egg cheese on sourdough with an order of hash browns and only got egg and cheese on a wrap and no hash browns. Went to call them and no contact number to even call.

  I have been there twice the first time last Friday. I ordered a light and sweet hot coffee I get to the car give it to my husband and it just black coffee. Then I bring it back on the cup its says light and sweet I get it back its sweet but black I didn't want to go back again we were not happy. So we go there today and hardly any doughnuts to choose from. I asked why are there no doughnuts it almost 1 pm and your open until 11pm . The girl said we dont have enough staff . I lived in Cali and New Jersey and never walked into a dinkin there with empty slots for doughnuts. I know its a new store but it seems to me very unorganized we didn't really feel welcomed. We will give it one more try if it happens where there's no doughnuts we will just go to another one even if its farther. My advice hire someone to make doughnuts only. And another piece of advice to much chit chat instead of paying attention to the customer maybe thats why the coffee was not made correctly.

  Recently opened store with hit or miss food quality and accuracy. The employees are incredibly nice, and the service is always very quick. I am really happy they opened a Dunkin' in Teays Valley, as the other Hurricane location isn't the best. For the miss part, I have visited this new location several times now, and they really need to fix the quality of the lemonade. It tastes like water. I am not sure if they aren't using enough mix or something, but it is not great. Also, the Coolatta quality has been on and off. They also never add whipped cream, even though I always ask. I have also received the wrong bagel style a few times, and I think they could add more icing to their donuts. Overall, they are very nice, and most of the time the food is quite good. But they definitely have some things that could be improved.

  This was a real disappointment. There were less than 10 varieties of donuts in the case. I selected two to go. About an hour after my purchase, I bit into the first donut and there is no way that donut was made today and was likely 2 to 3 days old. My second donut was not any better. Dunkin seems to be more interested in coffee drinks than quality donuts. Also, there were three people working and only one waiting on customers. Service took nearly 10 minutes with only 2 customers in the store.
