  Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Literally no cream cheese on the burnt bagel. Unacceptable.

  You go to their drive-thru and it takes them ten minutes or more to get one person serviced. If there is more than one car, just save your time and go to Starbucks lol. I ended up placing a delivery order because I couldn't spend thirty minutes waiting before work, and they straight up canceled it. Not that they'd get the order right anyways.

  Ordered some donuts first thing in the morning and the cruellers I got were obviously not from today. They were hard cold and had the consistency of a dry sponge when biting into it. Can't call to discuss it cause there is no phone number listed. This is so frustrating!

  I did a mobile order and didnt get any of the order correct besides the coffee. It was supposed to be a bacon egg cheese on sourdough with an order of hash browns and only got egg and cheese on a wrap and no hash browns. Went to call them and no contact number to even call.

  I have been there twice the first time last Friday. I ordered a light and sweet hot coffee I get to the car give it to my husband and it just black coffee. Then I bring it back on the cup its says light and sweet I get it back its sweet but black I didn't want to go back again we were not happy. So we go there today and hardly any doughnuts to choose from. I asked why are there no doughnuts it almost 1 pm and your open until 11pm . The girl said we dont have enough staff . I lived in Cali and New Jersey and never walked into a dinkin there with empty slots for doughnuts. I know its a new store but it seems to me very unorganized we didn't really feel welcomed. We will give it one more try if it happens where there's no doughnuts we will just go to another one even if its farther. My advice hire someone to make doughnuts only. And another piece of advice to much chit chat instead of paying attention to the customer maybe thats why the coffee was not made correctly.
