  Not worth the money. You have to heat it up in the microwave right after getting it and my grilled cheese burrito was so small and tiny it looked like a value menu item.

  came in tuesday april 14th at 11:53 to pick up a mobile order and the lady at the drive thru was very passive aggressive for no reason. i don’t typically answer the ai that asks “are you checking in with the mobile app today” an i’ve never really gotten this response from a fast food employee, she greeted me with the same question “are you checking in with the app”, taken off guard a little i mistakenly say “no” cause i’ve never really been told that checking in with the app means your picking up a order. and she asked “so how can i help you” and i said i was picking up an order, she then sarcastically answered “okay so you’re checking in with the mobile app then..” which OKAY. i get it. my bad. but as a customer service employee myself, as many times as i would like to get an attitude with people at my job.. i don’t. idk what this girls intentions were but she could’ve been much better at her delivery with that sentence. and the passive aggressive attitude was not necessary.. but i get it at the same time. so i can’t fault her too much, all i ask is that if they see this, please don’t talk to people like they’re stupid.. even if you think in the moment based of what they said..SOUNDED stupid. i just got off work and just want my gosh dang burrito 💔 ty love you taco bell

  I ordered 3 Doritos locals tacos I asked for sour cream it all came on the out side of the taco and all 3 were cracked I also ordered 2 mini taco salads no beans no. Lettuce baked for extra beef and cheese and I got a shit Ton of lettuce which I had asked for none I got a large blue raspberry freezey and they gave me. A regular when I had asked I had a large they guy said oh well and walked away paid 25 dollars and I felt like throwing this in their face I’m calling corporate and getting a refund keep in mind I don’t complain at all I’m chill but they need to get new people do not waste your time and money at Taco Bell unless you feel like getting ripped off please stay away theirs a better Taco Bell near Rt 60 Walmart

  They forgot 3/10 items and 1 of them was incorrect. Went right back around to ask for the missing items and the last one remade and they said no, apparently 4 people saw it go into a bag. Who knows what bag lol. They then barely remade my food and said I was banned. It’s a pretty bad Taco Bell, been here about 5 times before, now I’ll just drive a couple miles away to a better one.
