  Not usually a one star girly but I went in to the completely empty taco hell got told to use a kiosk because all orders are done by kiosk now when they where clearly capable of taking my order at the counter. Told them I wasn’t interested in using the kiosk and left, and which they then tried to take my order. All in all horrible service. They acted like I was stupid because I didn’t want to use the kiosk and have a person take my order. They said in a demeaning way “we can help you use the kiosk if you need”. Yeah no I’m good yall lost an order today at this Taco Bell because of poor service and management.

  Went to pick up my mobile order and was told it was already picked up…. Then accused of being a liar and thief from the store manager….They accidentally handed my order to another customer with the same name… Had to call corporate to have our issue resolved…. The store manager really needs to be retrained in customer service…. All in all if you have to go somewhere for food I would advise going anywhere else

  Placed an online order today for pickup. They gave our order to someone with the same name. When I went to talk to the manager she called me a liar and said that I had already picked up the order. I had to call corporate to get a refund and file a complaint.

  When did ordering tacos get so expensive....one of the cheapest meals to make.....I know restaurants have overhead and employees...but it's still just fast food....this location was clean although the women's restroom was out of order....order was correct....we put it in ourselves on the kiosk tho....
