    I genuinely feel bad leaving this review because there was ONE girl with neck tattoos doing basically everything by herself while everyone else looked lost. She was taking orders, making drinks, running food, and trying to keep up while the place was clearly understaffed. She deserves a raise immediately. But the overall experience was rough. The wait took forever, food was cold, and the order was messed up. You could tell the poor girl was stressed trying to carry the whole restaurant on her back. Management seriously needs to do better because employees should not be left drowning like that.

    horrific experience. placed an order in the drive thru, pulled up to the window to watch two teenage employees flirting. the girl stirred two different drinks with the same spoon. when the boy called her out she said “it’s fine, nobody can see!” (we could, awful cross contamination risk btw). after about 5 minutes an older man came to the window and said “can i help you?” and when we explained that we had ordered drinks he took our money. he got my friends drink right but handed me a plain diet coke when i had ordered a dirty one. when i asked for the drink i ordered he said “i don’t know what that is” (it is ON THE MENU) when i tried to explain he said “i know, i know” and slammed the window shut. while they were making the new drink i watched them use a juicer that was COVERED in other fruits (cross contamination part two) and at that point was so disgusted that we just left. couldn’t even drink the drinks after reading about their black mold and seeing everything these employees were doing in the kitchen. do not go here if you have any sort of allergy.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! DANGER! We went yesterday and decided to go ahead and eat inside. We went in and noticed right away that it was freezing like an ice freezer. We went ahead and order our food from the screen. Afterwards went to sit down. There were no clean tables anywhere. I noticed some black sludge like stuff that someone had scraped off of their shoe onto the high chair. I decided We would take our order to go. At the same time my spouse took our children to the restroom to wash hands. " I now know what the black stuff was". BLACK MOLD! There was a large leak in the bathroom ceiling and water coming in. BLACK MOLD WAS EVERYWHERE! My spouse stated when washing hand the water couldnt go down the the drain, it would just pour out onto the floor. We immediately canceled our order and asked for a refund. I explained to the workers that it wasn't personal towards them. It's an environmental issue that is extremely unsafe. The employee responded by stating he understood and told me to do what I felt I needed to do.

    I went thru the drive thru 1 car ahead of me and it still took over 20 minutes to get my order. You guys should just go ahead and close because your business is a joke

    The ¼ pound hot dog was NOT worth the $5 I wasted on it. Even with the added bonus of BOGO. The dogs must be boiled and then the chili was subpar. The only decent thing about it was the shredded cheddar cheese on it. Also didn't put mustard on them as I selected through the mobile app. As for frozen treats, Sonic is one of the best. They failed on the hotdogs though.
