  Great group of young ladies that know how to make an ordinary trip for ice cream the highlight of my day. The food was exquisite and my butterfinger blizzard was scrumptious! The atmosphere and the dine-in area was family friendly and tidy. Be sure to use their DQ app for deals and discounts. :)

  Ooo yes, add that 😭 that actually helps explain why they seemed distracted/unprofessional. You could slip it into the second paragraph like this: I had a really disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen while picking up a DoorDash order. From the moment I walked in and told the employee I was there for a pickup, she had an attitude with me the entire time. Another employee was also standing there talking to her friend/customer while all of this was going on instead of helping professionally. She asked me to confirm the order in front of her, which I understand, but my phone was charging in my car at the time. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she rolled her eyes and said, “Well I can’t give you the order unless you can hit confirm,” in a very rude tone. So I went back out to my car, grabbed my phone, came back inside, took a quick picture of the receipt, and confirmed the order. As I was leaving, she tried stopping me and said, “No, I need to actually see you do it, don’t need you trying anything,” which honestly felt insulting and like she was accusing me of trying to steal the food. I even showed her my phone with the customer’s GPS drop-off location pulled up to prove the order was confirmed. Then the other employee jumped in and said, “No you didn’t, stop lying,” even though I clearly had already confirmed it. As I was walking out the door, she added, “You don’t need to have an attitude about it.” I was respectful the entire time and just trying to do my job. There’s a difference between following policy and treating people with disrespect. This was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, and definitely one of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had as a DoorDash driver.

  THIS PLACE IS DEADASS THE ONE OF THE BEST IN HUNTINGTON IVE BEEN EATING THE BLIZZARDS HERE SINCE I WAS IN ELEMANTARY SCHOOL AND IM 22 YEARS OLD NOW LMAO

  I would NOT!!! order ANYTHING besides the ice cream I found HAIR!! In my tender basket I had got some yesterday night and warmed up my food then started eating my fries then moved onto my tenders when I took a bite I felt like a hair or what I thought was a small piece of chicken I grab it and it was a blonde or silver like color 🫩 I was so disgusted I could drink some bleach that’s how disgusted I was but YEAH don’t eat there they obviously don’t wear hairnets or something people shedding like dogs you should not be near food
