Avoid this location my last 3 visits have been pretty bad and after I keep thinking about it $14 for a scoop of beans rice chicken and some cheap crap cheese I'm over iit. The guacamole is OK but you're paying $3 so I'd hope so anyways. I meal prep this same meal for $3.50 and its organic chicken.
- RDRobert DialJun 3, 20261.0Very disappointed with my recent experiences at Chipotle in Huntington, WV. Two orders in a row have been missing a side of queso that I paid for. Today's experience was even more frustrating. I redeemed my rewards points for a free side of queso, and the points were deducted from my account. When I noticed the queso was missing and brought it to the employee's attention, I was told they would not provide the queso because the bag had already been opened by the customer (me). As a result, I lost both the queso and the rewards points used to redeem it. Mistakes happen, but failing to include paid items repeatedly is unacceptable. Refusing to correct the mistake while still keeping the customer's rewards points is even worse. This experience left me feeling like my loyalty as a customer doesn't matter. After these repeated issues, I'll be avoiding this location in the future and taking my business elsewhere. I expect better service, better attention to orders, and better treatment of customers. And the AI generated response to this post is bs and not reviewed by a real person.
